Miele vs. Gaggenau Review: Which Premium Brand Delivers the Best Performance?

Both excellent products. Gaggenau has unmistakable style which looks even better in person than in pictures. Also, Gaggenau fit and finish is incredible. It compares to the precision that Apple uses in assembling their products. As far as prestige, if that matters, I would place Gaggenau alone at the top, and Miele and Wolfe a notch below them. I mean , Miele sells products like washers at Lowes, where you would NEVER see a Gaggenau product.

FYI the steam percentage is useful if you are doing sous vide, 100% humidity implies the air temperature equals the bag temperature. Love your videos!

You guys rock presenting customer options well. Miele seems a good fit for those wanting excellence + ease with advanced on screen guidance. Gaggenau seems better for accomplished or aspiring-to-be-accomplished home chefs who want the most options.

Gaggeneau freedom induction only needs a 30 amp fuse. If you are doing an electric cooktop to induction upgrade and have an existing 30 or 35 amp fuse, you don’t have to upgrade the fuse and electrical wiring. Most other induction cooktops require a 50 amp fuse.
