I have to take ours apart tomorrow for moving, you have no idea how much this video will help me. I wasn't present when it was stacked up, so I have no idea what I were suppose to do to un-stack it. THANK YOU!

Do you have to screw into the cover plate of the machine so that it gets broken?

I have a Miele washer dryer. The lid is damaged. Is this an easy part to replace? I have ordered a new one.

Yes, you have to drill into the lid of the washer. It's a lot easier if you drill pilot holes first. Also, we did not have a magnetic T-20 driver so we used dabs of super glue to hold the screw to the driver tip. Very poor instructions come with this kit and this video is not much more help. But we got it installed and our washer and dryer is in place.

I'm definitely not going to drill anything onto my 2000 euros Miele washing machine! Isn't there an easier way to do that?

Designed to be drilled onto the lid. Gently

What a ridiculous idea. Drilling holes in a expensive machine like that. Btw I don’t think you need to screw it. The dryer is heavy enough and doesn’t tumble dry.

@@LoveMeBack exactly. I have now the entire set and the dryer doesn't move at all even if it is not fixed. The washing machine is definitely very stiff while tumbling
