Been a fan of Miesha since her Strokeforce days. Back when she was "Takedown" Tate. She truly is a pioneer of WMMA and one of my favorite fights of hers was when she won that title against Marloes Coenen (another female pioneer).

Meisha Tate deserves a lot more credit than she gets, she’s really a pioneer of the sport. The rivalry between her and Rhonda helped attract more viewers to the women’s MMA world. Also, the fact Meisha is still fighting is unbelievable, Rhonda quit 5 years ago. She really is a role model for all female athletes and especially female MMA athletes. Much respect Meisha 🤛🏼
