If you wanna feel less zoomed in you can set your zoom axis correction to -50 and you can toggle the HUD on/off if you wanna get all the shit outta your way. I mainly do it for immersion:)

Why can't air realistic be like this? I love this asymmetric gameplay and isloated 1v1s with meaningful objectives not just bombing bases. I hope Gaijin reworks air realistic

DCS is still king of sim for me, but this is absolutely awesome. Makes me want to get back into War Thunder, but I really dont like the grind.

The mach number on missile stat cards is completely irrelevant except in specific circumstances with certain missiles; It’s just a hard speed limit gaijin imposes on the missiles where they will cease to accelerate no matter what. However the stats in files show the 27ER has a delta v of 1150m/s so with 0 manoeuvring and 0 drag which is impossible you would need to launch it from mach 2.45 for it to hit mach 5.8. Realistically in game it’s only going to hit mach 3 maybe 4.

Do you have manual radar lock where you have to choose the target on the radar panel or do you just press a key to lock a random target that is in your radar cone? You seem to lock people up real fast is all I’d love to be able to do the same.
