MIG Gun Liners 101 WHAT EVERY OPERATOR NEEDS TO KNOW

I have a Hobart 210 MVP and wanted to know what was going to happen if I ran a 2lb spool of aluminum wire through it (without changing the liner). I just want to fill some holes in some dirty old aluminium sheet for a floor.

@Zila Great Video Paul, It’s shocking to me how many people don’t know Jack shit about PM’ing their Mig Whips, especially the Liner Portion. I recently had a Friend in my Shop who didn’t even realize the Liner was Serviceable Part.

@ZILA so tips an tricks maybe running a wire feeder on a engine drive I would like to run mine more with flux core but it never seems to run right
