In this video, I show my Might and Magic 6 start up route that puts the party into the midgame before fighting a single monster. This is a fairly extensive route that completes a sizable portion of the game before the game even begins and makes the party able to cheese their way through most of the early game dungeons. This route is concerned about the timing of everything because the goal is to end the route in April, which is relevant in part 2 of the starting guide. Several things are optional because the rewards are lackluster or would require too much save scumming, and those optional objectives are left to your discretion (Example: the chalice in Bootleg Bay.) If you were to try to complete quests where you would be required to fight through monsters but just skip them, that defeats the purpose of this guide, but once again, it's your discretion.
There are a few inconsistencies between my guide below and the video due to recording blunders, but the exact time, money spent, and items found will vary so much that these small blunders are not noticeable in the grand scheme of things.

Port to mist for pilgrimage then port to free haven and travel east to bootleg bay for the pedestal then port back to free haven and travel south for mire’s pedestal then travel west for dragonsand’s pedestal and the obelisk rock then port to silver cove

Pick up the druid quest and the stables quest (if at any point the druid quest is available to complete, do so immediately)
Silver cove-newsporigal-iron fist (grab pilgrimage)-Free haven-mire-White cap-kreigspire (XP well if possible) -black shire (turn in pedestal quest)-silver cove
Turn in stables quest and pilgrimage
Identify items with a scholar (one in new sporgial) and sell items with a factor and duper (one of each in free haven)
Level ups
Pilgrimage for April if available
Result: mostly high level gear, average skills in the 40/50, level 22-ish, over 200K gold, early April
