Food aggression training, potty training, and boundary training should be the bare minimum to every pup/ dog owner. A lot of people get puppies and don’t want to commit to training them, which will end up exactly like OP’s boyfriends husky. IMO it’s neglectful to not train a dog period, it’s not only dangerous for the owners and visitors but also the dogs themselves. Seeing dogs getting put down daily because of their bad owners is so frustrating because I genuinely LOVE dogs. A lot of people like the thought of dogs, but not training your dog is not loving it.

Many people don't get dogs depending on their lifestyle or training skill. They get them because they are "cool" looking breeds. I can train their 9 year old Husky. ANY dog is trainable at ANY age. My parents had an aggressive shepherd, and I came and started training her when she was 9. She was incredible, just with a few sessions. The husky person is on spot-on. Huskies love to run. I need more contrext as to why the man's first marriage ended in a dead bedroom. In my experience as a woman if I don't feel valued during sex, as in it feels less intimate and more like a chore and your partner doesn't make you feel pretty or if they don't take care of their hygiene or they aren't being productive and living off of you, I don't want to have sex with you . Like there are so many reasons that lead to a dead bedroom and this man is giving me the vibe that he sees sex as a right, not an intimate activity to do with your enthusiastically consenting partner. Sex has been so watered down these days... also constantly whining about not getting sex does not get you sex. Stop shaming your partner for not wanting to be intimate

Story 3- Lawyer here (tho not a divorce/family lawyer). That prenup would not be upheld in a divorce. Prenups are meant to protect an individuals assets from the time before they enter the marriage. Due to this, the actual assets a prenup can protect are extremely narrow.
@emilyemily98319 ай бұрын
Also, for the prenup to be valid, you’d have to put in so many stipulations. Like, what exactly is considered sex? When would this provision not be considered, like if he gets sick or can’t get it up?

I’m glad that you stood your ground Morgan with the 6th story, when Hannah mentioned how weird it was for a man to have a hobby room. The comment was coming off as her trying to be funny but it just came off as sexist, so nice callout.
@Wesjag039 ай бұрын
I was really happy about that too! A couple weeks ago she had some guest straight up say “women can do it but not men.” That’s not giving the cute vibe you want it to. I’m all for cheering girls on and being a girls girl but it’s a version of “pick me” when you’re putting down a different gender.

@@Wesjag03omg! That pissed me off 😂she said if a man does something he’s wrong, but if a woman did something wrong, it’s probably the man’s fault because men always have do something wrong, and women are always right or innocent. Something like that, but it wasn’t cute! And I wish Morgan would’ve said something. Hannah joke wasn’t as bad as women can do whatever, and always right and innocent. Hannah was a goofy joke.

Hot take, but regarding the husky story I have some points to make. I've had a husky for 11 years and worked professionally with dogs for 10. Huskies are a naturally stubborn breed and are extremely intelligent. While a lot of other breeds are like having a toddler, having a husky can be like having a teen. Huskies were bred to be independent, so independent they prefer to be. My dog is trained and not anywhere near as bad as the OP's dog, but if she decided to, she'd try to do things her way. Even through all the years of training (into the present) she likes to do things her way sometimes and that is just that. Trust me, there have been plenty of times I've wanted to rip my hair out with her. One time she just decided to hop a fence while we were playing and run down a busy road. She thought it was fun. Just wanted to throw that out there. There are SEVERAL sources that talk about huskies and how particular and difficult to train they can be. If you convince them it's their idea, they'd be more inclined to accept the training. Managing how distracted they get is another challenge all together. Coming in to defend all the husky owners out there lol!

Story 4, hot take: assuming that the phone is going to be bought and offering to buy the phone, are two different things. If my phone got fucked up in the process of saving the life of my niece or nephew, it is what it is. Thankfully they’re alive and well. I wouldn’t sit there and assume my phone is going to be paid for just because I did this act. Now if that was my child, I would be incredibly thankful and offer to buy the phone but my brothers would never sit there and assume that I’m gonna pay for it nor would they literally tell me “I’ll send you the bill”.. assuming that someone’s gonna pay for something and telling them I’ll send you the bill is actually crazy. That kid sounded entitled AF. Also Hannah, saying a phone doesn’t cost $30,000 shows your privilege, $1000 is a lot for someone that is trying their best to make it by with whatever they get paid.
@GirHelloKitty002 ай бұрын
I agree with you 100%. $1000 is a lot. Especially in todays economy. To add: Secondary drowning is a thing too! Lung infections! What happens if that dad now needs to take his kid to emergency for aftershock effects? That's more $$$ than a phone. Would this OP still expect a new phone? And I said this in another thread, they're blaming the dad 100% for an accident that they themselves could have also prevented. All it says to me is that none of the other (minimum) 3 other adults were watching this child. Side note to anyone reading, if your kid almost drowns, even if they seem fine. TAKE. THEM. TO. A. DOCTOR! As stated above. Secondary drowning and lung infections can he equally fatal to drowning itself.

But for me, it only takes a couple hours (I’ve been at this full time for 10 years), and he is the main provider and never tells me no, so that’s just our relationship. For OP, it sounds like the main issue may be communication in the relationship.

Pitocin almost killed my baby when I was induced. It caused such painful, forceful contractions that his heart rate quickly dropped and I couldn’t breath/started to pass out. I was rushed to the OR for an emergency c-section but thank god the medication was reversed fast enough, we were both stabilized, and I was able to deliver the way I had planned/wanted to. Not to mention a c-section is a much harder recovery with a higher risk of something going wrong and infection. Last guy has no idea what he’s talking about and his opinions are actually dangerous.

for story 7: Pitocin is a manufactured form of oxytocin, the hormone that causes labor. While it can be a very useful tool to augment labor that is not progressing or even inducing labor, there are definite risks that come along with its benefits! When used after baby is born, it's great for limiting postpartum hemorrhage and helping the uterus contract down.
@stephenieburgess69789 ай бұрын
I was put on it for both my labors. My first was because not only was it not progressing properly (active labor 36 hrs, 3 week pre active labor baby ✌🏻), but due to positioning of baby and how the epidural was settling he was going into distress and I hemorrhaged afterwards. With my second I was given it to induce labor because of how traumatic the first was, to speed it along and hopefully lower the risk of complications. I still hemorrhaged, but my baby girl was fine (no distress or anything), and they were able to monitor and control my contractions better with it. I was safer with it than without. With this said, some people cannot have it. They can have extremely bad reactions to it and it can be almost as dangerous if not more than going without. It's up to the MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS to know how to best proceed. Random husbands who troll webMD and wikiHow do not make those decisions. If it's safe to go without it, that's the better option. My body didn't produce it right, or fast enough. So it was safer for me and babies to get a boost. But it's her body, her choice. Or if you're just fed up and angry kick him in the junk with heels then throw him an ice pack and tell him that he can maybe talk to you again when he can pee straight again. It will almost maybe kinda be a little like what you're going to be going through.

I usually agree with Morgan and her guests, but the dog isn’t a terrorist. Working dogs like this go nuts when they don’t have adequate, exercise, stimulation, training, etc, as they both said. So let’s say someone locked you up 23 hours a day with nothing you needed to emotionally and physically thrive. Then you started tearing down doors after 9 years, and screaming that you wanted out, only to still be jailed, would you consider yourself a terrorist? Or would you consider yourself and an abused being that has snapped, rightfully so?

Story 2: I’m an almost 24 year old woman with a 5 year old lab husky mix. I rescued her going into my sophomore year of college and she was free and absolutely gorgeous. I wanted a dog HOWEVER I was aware that I would have to be in class 8 hours a day and being a college girl of course i did go out every weekend/some week days. Because I knew this I made sure that every day she went to doggy daycare from 9 am until 5 pm. At 5 pm she would still have soooo much energy, so we would go on a 3-5 mile walk every night. A lot of what the girl in story 2 is saying is just describing normal husky behavior, but a lot of it can be improved if you put the effort in or you accommodate the dog and figure out what works for you both so that the dog can have a happy fulfilling life. My girl also has zero street awareness, would run through traffic as if it’s a game, has a small head and will slip her collar so we use a harness. She’s extremely friendly, would never attack anything, but she’s dumb and thinks every dog wants to be her friend so regardless of if I thought she was behaved enough to be off leash ever (I do not) I don’t trust other dogs enough to do that anyway! I also use rover all the time if I’m going out of town for a couple days or if my mom can’t watch her. If I want to travel with my dog, we drive because she isn’t quiet enough to be on a plane nor is she a service animal. All this to say; I didn’t think I was the 100% best owner for her, but after hearing how neglectful and careless that owner is, I know I am a good dog owner.

To any men who may be reading this, I have had 3 children, 2 were delivered vaginally, and one of them was 9lbs 9oz (average is like 7lbs, so that's big for enyone wondering). Vaginas are designed to have a baby pass through. I've heard it described like an umbrella. It opens and closes as needed. My vagina is no "looser" than it was befpre having children. My husband still enjoys sex with me lol. A surgery that is not needed should not be performed. Period. I had a csection for my last baby (he was actually the smallest of the 3), it was no walk in the park. Recovery sucked. Not being able to walk without pain sucks. This was 2 years ago and I still have loss of sensation around the incision.

I don’t think not walking your dog everyday equals a bad owner, by any means. I walk my dog, but understand there are dogs with anxiety, reactivity, etc who will do better getting their energy out in a yard or with mental puzzle toys. That was a pretty harsh judgement to cast. Just like not every kid is the same, neither is every dog.
@cuddlecows9 ай бұрын
I agree. That was harsh. I work with dogs and would never pass the judgment onto clients. Some dogs have issues that make daily walking rough even on them. Also, as a dog professional, dogs get the most stimulation and play with other dogs.. which can also be difficult depending on the dog. But socializing dogs with dogs is the best way to tire them out. Walking for a high-energy working dog does nothing, in all honesty. That dog needs more stimulus, and a walk won't cut it. To be honest, I find it more concerning when people think walking high-energy working breeds does anything for their stimulus. I hear people say "well I walk them twice a day yet they are still wild" yeah... you have a working dog, my guy, give them a job!
@moonnpeaches9 ай бұрын
I came here to say this! My dog has HUGE anxiety towards anything and everything outside so we only go on walks when I’m sure there’s hardly anyone around and even then sometimes (if she’s not paying attention or the wind blows) will be scared by a tree. She was trained around other dogs and I walked her as a puppy but she’s always had this anxiety no matter what I’ve done
@Bee-vp4qd9 ай бұрын
yeah, definitely can depend on the dog and breed but the dog is a husky and is misbehaving- their comments towards this particular dog are fair. i think morgan being in ot before would never mean to allude that you are a bad person for not walking your dog 3x a day for any reason. just that we need to do what’s best for the individual person/dog and that clearly isn’t happening. she’s all about having different adaptions and tools to help the individual

Story 3- my marriage led to a dead bedroom because my body was physically rejecting it due to mistreatment. It became extremely painful and I would tear and bleed when we did. Based on this guys actions, I’m concerned for what happened in his last marriage. I’m not going to discount the idea that he has trauma, but there’s a strong possibility that he was behaving in that same controlling way to his ex wife and she had a similar sexual response. It’s funny I was walking my Sheltie/ Husky Mix (who literally just turned 16 the other day) as I started to listen to this and I have to agree with Morgan about the training aspect. Clearly the dog didn’t get the proper training. I’m talking as simple as taking them to PetSmart! It’s so easy and it really helps you learn how to work with your dog and get them to listen and behave. But oh boy husky breeds. When I first got my dog I looked into her breeds and they were spot on! Anytime she got the chance to run she did! Until she got older same with her and chewing on cords! That was a whole thing. The point is those breeds are work and I don’t think the guy is doing a very good job with his pup.

I’m a little shocked by the comments in this video. The brother should 100% buy her a phone. Yes I understand any decent human being would jump in to save the kid. But any decent human being would pay to fix what was broken saving their child’s life. In my opinion, the brother is extremely selfish to not buy back an item that was lost due to his own negligence. Especially when it involves his kid, he should be kissing the ground she walks on and be buying her new phone as a thank you saving his kids life.
