You can choose your mighty body goal - it could be something like covering a mile a day by walking, running or using your powerchair, mastering a different yoga pose each day, or cycling to school or work for the month instead of driving! It’s entirely up to you…
Everyone who takes part will receive our exclusive Mighty Mind calendar, packed with mindful activities for every day of the month to keep you feeling positive and mighty! Get sponsored by your friends and raise a minimum of £50, and we’ll send you a Mighty May for SMA Medal at the end of the challenge.
