Of course I saw this and had to check it out. I like practicing Qi Jong it does a lot of tapping which I like but didn’t realize it can boost the immune system. What I found interstate about what you said on immunity and gut I read recently a study that shows how Pepcid can help reduce this virus. Makes sense. Very informative video.
