It seems like the og rangers are finally having their flowers and respectively so I do love the fact netflix and the rangers are having a tribute for Thuy Trang which is always a honor. It's unfortunate that Jdf passed and Amy is doing am sure important projects so this was way before his passing and He wanted to do his own thing so I respect it. I think most of us will be satisfied with this balanced cast and the fact they probably introduced a new yellow ranger for this series and passed the torch to her daughter because we all know Aisha is the one to carry it and now her daughter on the show will.

Great video! As soon as I logged onto KZbin this morning, I watched the trailer. It even superceded this week's episode of The Mandalorian for me, that's how important this special is to me. Lol. Seriously though I am really excited for this special. What I like about this special is that it isn't just an episode or two plunked down into the middle of the current season of Power Rangers, which is what we've had going all the way back to Forever Red in Wild Force for the franchise's 10th anniversary. I also feel that it has more heart, love, and effort put into it than anything that Saban and Nickelodeon did for the 20th and 25th anniversaries combined.

@@TheMontyVerse Not only does it feel like the first real continuation of Mighty Morphin, but because those anniversary episodes were forced to keep to their 22 minute length, apart from "Once a Ranger", which was a two-parter, they weren't able to do much outside of a self-contained team-up with the then current team.

I'm so pumped and so hyped for this and even hearing them say the forbidden banned k-words is even adding to that but I do like how they're giving Trini a hero's sacrifice death. Something we've seen before but that might be too spoilery for Nicki since I don't know how much she knows so I'll leave it at that but this special could be spoiling things like that. Very good Monty you got that right with Coral Harbor and Beast Morphers and it's supposed to be close to Pine Ridge which is Dino Fury. I'm not going to hate on you too much regarding Turtle Cove but you might be hitting yourself when it comes to that being Wild Force. Boo, you remembered it lol Monty has a point regarding Tommy and Jason being more focused with the fight, it makes more sense for Billy to be more concerned with Trini's death since he was always the closest to Trini. I like the amount of detail they put into the trailer. They kept the whole Space Patrol but they are now Alpha instead of Delta (because of SPD ending). Also they missed out on also adding Time Force as well since they deal with time traveling foes. My hot take into this Robot one is that the Machine Empire was never fully destroyed and this is their first step into fighting the rangers across time and legacy. Long live the power rangers!

from what I have heard Amy Jo may show up in the viewing globe at the end of the movie. My guess is that due to JDF passing Amy and David (who were JDFs best friends from the show) decided that Amy should make an appearance and say something about "Tommy"

Judging what I got from the trailer seems like the OG team Billy Zack Trini Kimberly Jason Tommy will be on a mission where Rita kills Trini.... then after that Rocky and Kat comes back to help Billy and Zack... also Rita building a time portale to go back in time and kill them before Zordon made them Rangers is really smart... and the Casting for Trinis daughter is really good... I hope that's its Alpha 5

All the Power Ranger teams are still active you can tell when they keep having these amazing crossovers even on the newer PR series. I still consider Aisha, Rocky and Adam as one of the OG Mighty Morphin gang after they took the place of Jason, Zack and Trini when they went to the Peace Summit plus they was on the movie that was in theaters. And is great to see Katherine Sutherland return to her legendary role as Kat who took the place of Kimberly and carry her story to Zeo and Turbo. I think I heard that Amy Jo Johnson didn't want to return to reprise her role because it's just too much for her to come back after her very close friend Jason David Frank passing. I have all the seasons of Power Ranger leading up to Megaforce on Blu-Ray/DVD. The question is how the original ranger are back when they left and went somewhere in a career and are we going to have Bulk & Skull on this 30th anniversary special?

Yes! I think this trailer confirms even further that a bunch of the ranger teams are still active currently. This was filmed before the tragic passing of JDF so that was not a factor for Amy Jo. I know she was asked and she declined.

The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is how the dino zords are back because Lord zedd destroyed them that's how they got the thunderzords which were also destroyed but by rito

I've replaced any plot holes with "Master Green" Seems the Tyrannosaurus zord appeared when Jason cameoed in a previous season, so the idea that the zords might have been rebuilt was kind of floated there. Honestly now that Master Green has been used to explain previous issues, I just blame her for any inconsistencies and say thank you XD

I mean it is implied that Billy built multiple sets of Zords for the Rangers so it is not out of the realm of possibility that he was able to rebuild the Dino Zords and that is why they look slightly different. The Dino Zords were also back during Beast Morphers when Jason appeared during that season
