Danny Nichols​ They became the Megazord cause it melded together in the flames. Were you not paying attention? And even if they had become the Megazord through emotions, that doesn't mean they defeated Rita and Goldar with it. They still had to have the Megazord fight.

I certainly do not remember them ever falling into a hole of flames in the tv show and transforming in less than a few seconds. Keep spouting that rubbish if you like but you will not convince me.

I know it didn't do well in the the box office (Maybe because some people's expectations were too high or blinded by nostalgia) but I really hope for a sequel I think Booboo Stewart would be a good choice for Tommy maybe introduce the other villains from the Power Ranger series except they work for Lord Zedd and part of that when Goldar was disappearing bits of him would fly into space surrounding Rita referencing the famous space dumpster and if this sequel happens(fingers crossed) they should go with the sentai version of the green candle connected to Tommy's life not just his powers maybe at the end to indicate a possible third movie

AIO Tommy began as the Green Ranger till he lost his power then becomes the White Ranger becomes Red Zeo Ranger after losing his power coin, becomes the red turbo ranger before he was replaced by TJ, and becomes the black ranger during Dino Thunder. So that makes him one of the best Rangers.

I bet JDF would’ve appeared in all the sequels they were planning. Become the Stan Lee cameo guy for the PowerRanger films. It would actually be cool that in the final film, it’s revealed he’s really Tommy from the TV show’s universe and he traveled across the multiple for Power Ranger history documentation. That could be why he and Kimberly were really taking pictures with their phones. I know I’m over thinking it, but it would just be a cool way to change how the fans would view that part of the movie.

ShadowZero I never once mentioned critics. This film's production budget was $100 million. It's total domestic gross was $85,364,450. Almost $15 million short. Even in the global market, the pull from everything is $140 million. All my numbers are referenced from BoxOfficeMojo. Movies have to make double their budget to be profitable (because marketing budget is almost the cost of production budget) so it didn't pull that much overall. I loved this movie so I'm on your side with this, just making assumptions based on numbers. I genuinely hope so much that they make a sequel anyway

There might be a sequel. It made around 85 million in the US but international release picked up the rest. The total was 142 million worldwide. The last i heard they were in talks about the script starting in 2019.

Wrong, they officially cancelled it because it did poorly. Also, making $142 million off a $100 million budget is actually a fail. Because the budget doesn’t account for marketing and advertising. The general rule is a film has to make over double its budget back to be considered successful
