I share your frustration with their quality, I bought the first 4 turtle figures that came out and 2 of the 4 were just busted, stuck joints that snapped.. paint transfers etc. I put them on eBay and walked away from the line FOREVER. You have to stop purchasing from them, stop buying their stuff.

The only reason I still buy from them is their customer service. Sadly I have to use it far too often. Currently waiting on 2 replacements for the second wave of transformers from them. LoL

The pluses for this are the pecker pad is not attached to the chest shield and sits on the waist like it should, the shoulder tops being black, the shoulder cannons being the right size, and the front thigh plates slant inward at the bottom. The minuses are the oversized helmet look, the gold being too dark, and the thigh plates are too short.

Definitely a good idea. Despite the whole "Made to Order" selling point Super7 pushes, most of their Ultimates are readily available long after orders are filled.

@ursupremetoys6230 Yeah, I've found an ebay store that sells them upon release at a lower price than I normally pay for them and they get them sooner than I would in the UK, so I've just been ordering them from there.

That's good! It's funny that if you wait even longer some ultimates reach nearly half off at online retailers like BBTS and EE.

I love mine! looks great on the shelf. I agree the loose hips are a bummer, especially since the black and gold version (for me) didn't seem to have that issue). For me it achieves the goal of looking like a guy in the suit. i wish the head were a little less wide.

That's what I say. People demand SH Figuarts type of articulation at a cheaper price.

But I don't think it's substantialy a cheaper price. I used to have the Figuarts Rangers. It was years ago, but they were around 40$. They definitely have shot up in price, but depending on the figure you can get them around 60$. Higher end over $100, but they are also still mostly imports. Crud Figuarts are showing up at Walmart stores nowadays. Robot spirits would probably do a better job with articulation, but at a smaller scale.

@@ursupremetoys6230 yeah those Figuarts were great. That was ten years ago. Times change. It’s also worth noting that those are tiny figures and some people like building out a line with villains. Figuarts is never going to do that and the figures don’t scale with anything.

@@thefont9 Agreed on all points. The only reason I jumped in on the Ultimates was super7's promise to do monsters and zords after all the main characters were done. Wave 5 is up, and though Bulk and Skull are nice, the other 2 figures are repaints that should have been event exclusives. So I don't have much hope to get too many more monsters anytime soon.

Glad I canceled this, looks wack. I got the hasbro and it's much better, the head and chest look like a bad bootleg

It's not great. The paint is so fragile. You bump something wrong and it comes right off.
