Inside each of the remote controls are a series of dip switches. They can be placed in three different positions. I would significantly switch those from their current position and then program your remote. That should take care of your problem. Consider subscribing. Thanks. Joe.

When I get to the step of listening for the confirmation beep while holding the (known working) button down on the remote, it just opens the gate but doesn’t remember the signal it’s trying to copy from the remote. Do I need to turn off the control power off while doing this?

I have the same key pad as the video. My questions are 1. Once I reset my new master code. Do I need to add the transmitter again(I added it the first time with the preset master code)? 2. Do I need to be at the gate to program my key pad? 3. You said hold an and release the transmitter button until the key pad beeps. Did you mean hold it then release it once it beeps or keep pressing it on and off until it beeps? (Please excuse my ignorance, I’m sorta slow)

Hi Mr Joe, I just bought a new keypad F310 and program step by step ( follow your video) it’s good, then I program 4 secret code # I want. After finish, I press 4 # I already set, opener doesn’t work but press transmitter it works. (Old keypad broken and long time, I forgot master code #) Opener GTO gpx25. How can I program to use new keypad F310 ? Thank you

@@TuanLuong-cq5yr you may have to reset your keypad, if you forgot the master code. The way to reset it is by pushing and holding the button inside the battery compartment and then you can reset your master code. I have a video that goes to that as well. Check it out. Thanks Joe.

Thanks for a great help. My old pad wore out and just put a new one. The bottom screws rot out after a while and it made the unit to fall off.
