Think where that tank's development would've gone if Henschel had access to all the alloys they needed to produce higher quality armor, and it received a planned engine upgrade that utilized a turbocharger..and access to higher quality fuel, and a much stronger transmission...electric drive for the turret with auto-stabilization (which I've read was developed by the U.S. during the war).
@beltfed46245 жыл бұрын
With no limits on their production methods and capabilities, these machines would likely still be in auxillary service 80 years after the war. Incredible machines, but with planned improvements they would've been absolute nightmares to anyone facing one in the field.

watching these things move is insanity in the best way possible.. now who's going to do the maus? There are tank shells and enough blue-prints to do one.. so someone NEEDS to do it.. if not for the singular purpose of if it can be done, do it.
@Usshunktp6 жыл бұрын
There is an already built original maus in a museum in Russia, however making it run would cost millions of dollars. The cost was what made Wargaming pull out of the deal, that and that the Russians didn't let them put an train engine in it because they wanted it to be "original"
@adam3466 жыл бұрын
huh, i knew russia had the only "completed" maus but it was (as i said above) a literal shell as they set it on fire and abandoned it before the russians could get their paws on it..
