It's hard to believe that we've been making this show for 15 years today! We never knew when we started that it would turn into something like this. We'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported the show over the years by sharing the videos, buying some merch, helping us out, or telling their friends about the videos. A lot changes in 15 years and we've had the opportunity to meet thousands of you and hear directly your stories - the good and the bad about how life has been going for you. Some of you were in primary school when you started watching. We even met some MCM viewers who had met at a MCM fan meet up, since got married and had kids! So it truly is astonishing that the show has had this effect on people and even helped create a little family. To celebrate this special anniversary, we have 15% off the entire MCM shop. Just use the coupon code '15' at checkout and we'll get your order shipped to your door anywhere in the world. This directly supports the show and really helps us out. mightycarmods.com/collections/ Thank you for all the years of support, encouragement and kind comments. We're strapped in for another 15 years so you'll be seeing more of us soon! Marty & Moog

I genuinely can’t articulate the level of admiration and respect I have for both of the guys. They’ve put out a lifetimes worth of work in just 15 years, they must work 60 hours a week just to do everything, as well as have personal lives, wife’s, girlfriends, family, friends, holidays, fankings & just other off camera stuff. Its also the multi-discipline of skill sets that is absolutely unreal. It’s inspirational when I can’t even make the time to go to the gym for 4 hours a week. Absolute kings 👑

I watched a few other car channels but what made MCM stand out was the sheer effort they put into their videos. Always a production quality video with what they had and the back and forth between Marty and Moog. Every other channel was just some dude on his own fumbling about with one hand in amongst an engine, whilst holding the camera with the other hand and apologising every 10 seconds for the poor shot of what he's doing 😂 You guys still do the best videos on BMW's though 👀

Just when I think you guys couldn't be any more awesome, you go and prove me wrong! It really shows that you enjoy doing what you do. Pretty much every single episode of MCM makes me smile for one reason or another. Even as the production value just keeps going up, and I love that you still do most of the work yourselves. Thank you for this BTS episode. It fills in some gaps and explains how you keep unleashing awesomeness regularly on KZbin. I had noticed the music from the first few episodes that I had seen. However, I had never noticed the audio. That means that you did a stellar job. As you mentioned, so many KZbinrs treat audio as an afterthought. As someone who loves music and HiFi, I often wonder if some content creators even listen to what they release. It’s just another testament to your dedication and how much you value quality. I haven’t been watching from the start; I learned about you from the collab episode you did with Roadkill. I’ve been following ever since. From a guy owning a 10 year old rusty Impreza (Yeah, Canada, we trow salt and gravel on our roads for half the year), I sincerely wish to congratulate you for all the efforts you have made over the last 15 years and I’m certain there will be lots more to come!

With audio, it depends on the creator and the content they create. Sometimes just average audio is absolutely fine, but obviously from Moog and Marty's backgrounds it's going to be something they want to get as spot on as they can. For content I do (as with all other motovloggers), it's a constant battle to improve audio because it's recorded in a very tight space (Helmet), especial as over time we change helmets, cameras, and mics, each change can really effect the quality.

so i watched this video about 9 hours ago, and one thing stuck with me about you sticking with period equipment. well 9 hous later i was floating around and was on mcm2 and happened on the remix of "pshhh pshhh" and noticed the red synthesizer, you mentioned it during using sex spec period instruments. i never really thought about that. you have really gone above and beyond what any sane person would think of. i dont mean that in a bad way, but who would put period music with a 90's vehicle made with 90's instruments? we would all fall for it and think nothing of it. adding that little extra just fits so well that you never think of it but it adds so much. i really appreciate how much you much sacrifice to keep putting out amazing videos, it is truely appreciated. the part with "black chops" the BMW, when you mentioned how the music was made for that, totally impressed. everything just fits so well together that its just not noticed until you mention it, then just, wow.

I can't believe it's been 15 years already. I was 12 years old when the first video aired and now I'm 27. I never really seen you two as a youtuber or influencer. KZbinrs and influencers always seem to remind me of a person trying to make money as the main goal. You two do this over a pure love for the hobby. You also had extra hobbies as well. Thanks for 15 years and on.

It's crazy to see how deep it goes, how much involvement you guys have in this project, custom designed space for hanging out and recording, lots of DIY stuff that we don't even see on the show... Very impressive...

Blows my mind how dedicated these guys are to their craft. I can't believe it's been 15 years. I still remember watching them do an engine swap on marty's mums driveway. Hats off to you, Marty and Moog. Thanks for all the great entertainment. Yours is hands down my favourite channel on KZbin.

As a sound engineer by trade and DIY car guy in my spare time, this particular video makes me really happy. Awesome to see these guys putting in the hours & the work, but basically living the dream; well deserved. Mad skills all round. The love for every aspect of what they do totally shows on-screen, plus IMHO the DIY nature and not treating it like some venture purely for maximum profit does indeed set them apart from many of the rest. Here's to the next 15 years, MCM!

This has to be one of my favourite videos you’ve done. A honest look behind the scenes that highlights just how much work goes into your content and more importantly, the fact you do 99.9% yourself! Massive kudos to you both (and your fellow musicians). Love you guys and look forward to this years content!

*L E G E N D S* I think you guys just created DIYception. From making KZbin videos about how to mod your car, to making a KZbin video about how to make KZbin videos. The part that shines through to me, on top of the talent level and amount of work you do, is character. Transparency, honesty, and openness, and it's clear that despite being able to do this "as a job" these days, you are still doing it for the love of the cars and the love of the community of gearheads/petrolheads/etc. Thank you for all of the entertainment that you've given us, for staying true to your principles, and being all-around good blokes from the look of things. Here's to the next 15 years, and I'm glad to be along for the ride. Thank you.

Because you do it for the love of it and not just to hit numbers, it shows in the content. MCM is the ONLY channel that I watch each and every episode from beginning to end. It is so relatable and genuine. KEEP DOING YOU!! Thank you for the effort that you put into the production side of it, it isn't just a youtube channel, it is a proper show, the best by far!

Your music is amazing, the work you do to cars is super inspiring, and the video's have always been a pleasure to watch. Seeing how you put everything together with such humble beginnings like this is a great reminder that not everything has to be big, shiny and expensive to get the best product possible. Keep on keepin' on boys, it's been a great ride so far!

Shrewd business move making this video, didn't have to leave the office or license any music or video. Well managed, Moog. Also, hats off to your marketing pitch about how passionate you guys are, especially about how you reinvest all the money (into classic cars and real estate). Really strengthens the brand. You're going to be laughing all the way to the bank after this one, mate!

Just want to say that the work on the audio is very much appreciated. I used to work in Home Cinema installation and the amount of times I had the conversation about how important sound is vs visuals. I always explained it like this: If you're watching something on TV, you're inevitably going to lose interest and start looking at your phone etc. So what brings you back? Usually, its a big sound in the film or TV show, or some speech that brings you back. So why wouldn't you want to invest in the making that sound as good as it can be? Otherwise you have an amazing picture that you're not even paying attention to.

Your show is one of the main reasons i improved my english on a kinda fluent level. I remember when i started to watch your show (in 2015 i am guessing) it was kinda difficult for me to understand 100% of your speech. But i forced myself to fight language barrier and kept watching your show, because i truly enjoyed what you where doing. And nowadays don't even notice that i am watching something in english. When my friends are asking me how i improved my english, i keep telling them to find a show they love and keep watching it for years. Thank you guys!

It's absolutely amazing to see the sheer amount of work and utter dedication that goes into making the videos - I was blown away by the effort that it took to re-record Bullet in Japanese, simply to make Turbos and Temples III more authentic. Kudos to the both of you, you deserve every ounce (gram, kilogram!) of success you get.
