I use low assists and steering 2. I may not be a no assists driver but all this helps and thank you for the content.

Low assists is better than high in this case, while steering assist just seems useless to me. Also i'd say try turning it off and see if you can get used to it. I always was afraid of doing it but it was suprisingly easy! And you're welcome!

@@DardhaUndercover Low steering assist doesnt affect lap times, if it does, it's negligible. Not enough to be counted in the lap time. Also, I am a decently fast player. Im not anywhere near the best, because I am not precise as the best. Also i refuse to cut corners. I can say I am within 1 second of the Mclaren MP4-X Brands Hatch Indy Circuit Time Trial world record, but that was from very religious dedication and analysis of replays of WR time.

It can work with assists but they will make you much slower, i explained why in part 1 but basically assists brake too much in the corner, while we make this line so we have to brake as little as possible in a specific place to reach the highest speed we can

What are your control settings? I’m somehow always 3 seconds behind the fastest time trial. I feel like I’m driving the car on it’s absolute limit, and can’t eek anymore time out of it. But somehow the fastest guys are always 3 seconds ahead. It;s kind of driving me crazy *excuse the pun. The only time where this isn’t the case is in f1, I’ll usually get top 1000 - 90s. About 1 or 2 seconds behind top Place. I’m in control B tilt steering and right acceleration/ left brake.

I use buttons at sensitivity like 3-4 if i wanna be accurate (cuz i'm the most used to it) or sometimes tilt A with sensitivity 4. Maybe there are some improvements you can do on your line? The best idea to me would be to just watch the top players doing it and try to do it the same way

Sorry i just saw this comment, have you solved it yet? It can depend on the car but if you're braking enough you should be able to turn sharper and not slide off corner, so just try braking more and earlier

I use low steering assist and I have to move the phone less to make the corners. Once I turned it off, I needed to rotate my phone 3 times as much and it felt weird. Do you prefer it with low steering assist or without? Does it worth to learn to race without it?

Just turn it off and increase the sensitivity, it's not exactly wrong to use it but to me it feels useless

I have a few farming tutorials, but if you ask me about which cars to get i'd say just get the 1st or 2nd ones in each event and finish them with that, and slowly you'll grow

Recently i've been taking time trials more seriously, and did pretty well in formula E, my high score is under 1 minute i think, and i've been able to shave 1 second off in the first half but i always mess up mid lap so i'm stuck there lol. But usually depends which map it is
