Back then when Jamaica had real musicians and talents Sly and Robbie play like computers Unbelievable hypnotic sound Real ganja music Some say cocaine reggae 😄 black uhuru like Dennis Brown and Gregory Isaacs also Michael Rose has a voice and a style that was so unique back then Nowadays it's just a pity No talents anymore Live shows are boring and sound all the same Jamaican music has gone down hill big time What a shame !
@Pulsonar Жыл бұрын
Im from U.K. and of Jamaican heritage and worked in Munich in 2013 and a co-worker asked me what music I liked. I said Reggae, he dropped a whole list of Reggae stars before even 2 came to mind 😳 he knew the old school reggae and dub stars and hits better than me! I was shocked. I only recently discovered there’s a town in Jamaica called Seaford which has an old German community that’s over 170 years old. These Germans came to Jamaica when Germany wasn’t even a country but was the Kingdom of Prussia. They are no strangers to the Carribbean, in particular Jamaica, 3 years ago I even discovered blood relations going several generations back to Germany, after that discovery, nothing surprises me anymore.
