I joined training a while ago, and I train the same class for a whole week, using one day to take notes, I trained Kenpo karate all my life and the thing is that I discovered this other art of movement called freestyle dancing when I was 18 years old and now I'm 20, so I have to work twice as hard as the others who start from childhood, I understand very well what you tell me about taking care of my body, even now I'm training position 4 so I have to take care of myself even more, stretch a lot and rest, you are a good teacher and I respect you a lot, you have been my quarantine partner 🐉

As cliche as it is, it's about the journey, not the destination. Just strive to be the best you can be, and you won't have any regrets.
