The Migos are known for their use of triplet beats. If you don’t know what a triplet is imagine saying “tri-po-let” in one beat. There also known for their use of syncopation, like when you said it sounded like they were putting the emphasis late in the beat. Their music is almost always similar to another one of their older songs but still sounds great because you’ve come to expect that Migos sound from them. It honestly is hypnotizing die to that.

Guys at 4:30 what you're talking about is the "migos flow" or "triplet flow", some people say they invented it - hence the name, some say they only popularised it. The idea is that there are 3 syllables per beat, with the middle syllable falling ON the beat and usually being the stressed syllable too. Best and most famous example is their track "Versace" way back in 2013, coincidentally Drake features on a version of that track too. Also, cookie is just slang for a hybrid strain of weed lol.
