I may re-do this one, hope it helps.=)

I'm not sure if I commented on this before - but this video is my go-to when I have a headache. I take Excedrin, lay down in bed, and listen to your calming voice until I fall asleep. The anxiety of headaches is the worst part of it, so I can't begin to tell you how much this helps. Thanks so much Krista. (Hope I spelled your name right.) You've really given a gift with this video.

I actually suffer from really bad migraine and we haven't been able to find the right medicine for me with my doctor yet. My migraine started suddely a year ago and it's been tough to cope with it without any working medicine but now that I've found all these great relaxing videos and I've been stressing less and less it's starting to get a bit easier. I'm sure this video will help me a lot, when I get migraine I really need to relax and this is exactly what I need. Thank you very much for this!

Thank you for such a dark video. It's way easier to watch asmr in the dark with a video that barely gives off light, especially when your head hurts. Sometimes the bright whites in other people's videos are nearly painful to look at!

I was having a killer headache at the back of my head shoulders stiff as. Took a hot as hell shower, tried burning paper, looked online for home tips and found this on KZbin. watching this as-well as having a tea-towel i pored boiling water on and put on my shoulders ended up just draining the pain away, Your voice has a magic in it that somehow drains the tension and pain away.
