Migraine headaches on MRI

Can I ask a question please in regards to what an embolisms going off would be described as. Multiple foci white matter hyperubtebsties likely ischemic aetiology . Stroke like symptoms including still struggling to walk, slight paralyzed leg, cognitive function still bad and coincides with all stroke symptoms. Cardiologist doing all tests checkjg arteries in neck and heart. neuro fobbed it off .
