@ I asked the question based on what have read about Alberta and all other provinces making it mandatory for you to have a job offer before applying Secondly NOC falls under 14200, I’m an account manager, so I fall under the category of NOC in Alberta

You don't need a job offer to show EOI. It is just that with the job offer, your CRS score will be higher
