Anatoly, good afternoon. We always enjoy watching your videos. And this video is very interesting to us. But it's hard to hear two audio tracks at once. It would be great if the soundtrack was only in Russian or in English. Please fix it🙏

great presentation, I like the video very much. I think, Antigua is most costly than other CBI countries to visit or live. U can make videos on each countries,how beautiful they are, cost etc.

That's because Antigua is the playground of the rich and famous. For most locals, however, they're not under any great financial strain or hardship--- they're homeowners.

Antony your English is really good. I wish you really mute the conversation that you have there in Russian and not to do the voice over the way you did, because it’s hard to listen. I would love to see more videos in English. Thank you.🤗🤗 congratulations on your new baby -daughter!🧚♀️🦋!!! Best regards!!

What Is the status of the reconstruction of Barbuda and the controversy over land development since Hurricane Irma??

In my experience, all mail is usually shipped to a specific post office you are registered at and for larger mail like packages, etc. There are often shipping forwarding companies where you go pick it up! I lived in Saint Lucia for a year :)

Also for the cars like that, they are often just some of the most expensive items locals own (it's very expensive to import them) so even old cars hold value longer on islands than in North America for example. So many people keep them, and repeatedly (sometimes very slowly) fix them over the years! This is all just in my experience of course :)

15.29” blocks that they used for construction have quite high water absorption and low heat insolation. Perfect home for fungus and wastes of energy for cooling the house. Can not believe such a house may cost over 1 mil usd
@Migroniscitizenship2 жыл бұрын
Hello Roman! Thank you for your comment, based on our information, we can state that the cost of the project is formed due to several reasons. One of them is the high cost of transporting of materials into the country to support construction. For example, the reason why construction projects were frozen during Covid is because it was very expensive to transport building materials. In this regard, generally, the real estate price may be caused including this fact.

@@Migroniscitizenship dear Anatoliy and the team. Thanks for the reply. Agree with your comment on 100%. But, still those houses will be hot and wet. Your video is great, though, as always. Lots of useful information for me. Make a similar one about Vanuatu pls.

@@etiemi9104 well, we lightweight concrete with low water absorption and high insulation parameters would work for this climate. We have this kind of concrete in Vietnam. Check for Rheocore concrete on KZbin, there you will find my contacts
