The album is called "War and Leisure".The whole album a mix of social issues and the r&b vibe. Thats why Cole threw in the stuff about Trump and Kaepernick.

Miguel doesn't disappoint, and he has his own vibe. I do think his first couple projects were so great that it's going to be hard for him to top those albums. He may have had a Nas type scenario starting with classic albums and struggling to compete with his own greatest work

I never understood how so many people can only get down with one genre. I listen to all genres. They all have a purpose. This is that type of music you play when your chillin with a lady lol. Loved the sound of this song, J. Cole fit it perfectly. Keep bringing us some real RnB. I haven't delved too far into RnB on my own and I need some more for the catalog. And on the topic of album reviews, how about an album review for Revival by Eminem which is dropping Friday? He is one of the greatest to ever do it and the album isn't too long, it's an hour and 18 min. Great reaction guys, keep em coming

I understand how people can get down with only one genre. I did that shit myself when I was in my early teen. It's just another facet of the "I found my truth and I'm gonna preach it and shit on everyone else's." that people apply with politics and everything else... until they grow up and realize that it's an extemely unfulfilling way of living.

It all boils down to psychology, man. Peoples' commentary is also a big factor, playing a significant role in forming an opinion of a genre or of a certain type of songs. Like, most people don't like Dubstep and Glitch, cuz they, either: "can't dance to it" (literally the stupidest excuse) or it's not "music"(according to others). Little do they know how hard it is to make a quality dubstep or trap song and how time consuming it is... Others for example fail to experience the thrill from extreme metal anywhere else and of course would shit on every other genre, just to show superiority. And of course there's a small percentage of people who can enjoy sophisticated, fast, dynamic stuff and yet the next minute play something relaxing and more minimalistic. It's not about how old you are or if you have a music degree or not, taste in music is all based on how you feel in general, what's in your head, your state of mind. That's why there is a division between people when it comes to genres in music.

This channel is something special, man. It has one of the chillest comment sections on youtube. I think only jacksfilms has a relaxed sub base like this one. Most comment sections always have a snide undertone to them. This is refreshing.

Album reviews? Hell yeah, man. That's a brilliant idea. And you really shouldn't worry too much about videos being "too long"; the amount of podcasts and other long-form videos on youtube that succeed prove decisively that - as long as it's compelling - it succeeds. I mean, Joe Rogan's podcast, H3's podcast, and the countless streamers along with the endlessly long Q&A vids can do very well.

I don’t get why close minded individuals dislike R&B or soul, it’s a chill vibe and shit can’t always be hype. Miguel is the bomb, and the crossover rap of J.Cole made it even better. Cole is so slick with his punchlines and consciousness. I would totally recommend LoveHate thing by Wale featuring Sam Dew. Similar vibe to this song, but a little more funky. I fell in love with that song the moment I heard it.

random username I understand that, but it doesn’t mean you should refuse to listen to anything but rap. I’m not saying you do, but there are plenty of people out there who do. You also need to at least respect R&B, because without it there would be no Rap. The whole entire golden era, and G-Funk era of Hip hop were heavily inspired by artists like Marvin Gaye and Al Green. There is chill rap out there, and I love it all just the same. Some of my favorites are Russ, Snoop Dogg, Warren G., Bone Thugs in Harmony, and Kendrick Lamar. Crossover rap was vital in the progression of the genre as a whole.

“Metalhead” here. Trying to freethink with today’s rnb but I get stuck in my 90’s era soul/rnb. Jodeci, Silk, New Edition ... takes me back. Having said that.... nothing will ever touch the greats ... Marvin, Al Green, Barry White, Bill Withers, David Ruffin...etc. That ish will put you in a mood! Love what y’all do.

I like this one. Beat is fun and catchy. Guy's voice is pretty great. I nearly jumped off the couch hearing you guys might do album reviews. If that happens can I suggest Savage-Poets and Madmen, or Ayreon-Into the Electric Castle. Both will completely blow your minds. They're both "rock opera" albums that tell a complete story with different characters. A third album suggestion would be Iced Earth- Horror Show. I cannot imagine you guys regretting any of those. No, or very very few growls on any of these choices.

I'm not an RnB fan, but I decided to watch all of your new videos going forward, to try and be a better Free Thinker. And on that note, it seems to have paid off, because this song is sick. Thanks for the content, keep it up! (Maybe you could give my home country a little love and review a Rush song, Tom Sawyer is considered one of the best and YYZ is my favourite instrumental.)

Now that I'm early enough I guess I should take the opportunity to request a follow up on some more Tool. My personal recommendations are: "Stinkfist", "The Pot", and "Lateralus"
