저는 미국 뉴욕주 근처에 거주하는 40대 후반, 아이 넷 있는 엄마입니다.
5년전 아픔 많은 이혼후, '외상 후 스트레스 장애'가 생겼어요..
하지만 매일 극복하려고 많이 노력하며 살고 있답니다..
이젠 좋은 사람도 만나 사랑을 다시 찾게 됐어요.
연하남이고요~ 나이차이가 많이 나죠.. 연하남은 20대 후반..?.. ㅎㅎ
그래도 너무 행복하게 잘 살고 있답니다.
아.. 그리고 제가 비건을 한지는 11년이 되어가네요..

When I first subscribed to you on YT during MommyTang days I used to be vegan. 8-9 years later I’m not vegan, I’m in a different place in my life now….same with you after all you’ve been thru but the beautiful thing is that we can connect in 2024 back on your channel….in a different place in our lives but still together in the same space.

Hi Mommy tang at least u have your parents. My mom passed away last year follow by my dad after 10 years fight with cancer. And I don't have a spouse an bf and I am the same age as you. At least you are blessed with 3 children. So you can be glad you know. I went thru many times that people dont understand as well.

my life is a mess, Soo, and I have an eating disorder. I also have a loving partner, and am decades long vegan. When I watch your videos I feel some connection with our lives...except I am poor and have no kids lol. Life will get better for us. Have to stay in the grace of the present moment to feel God and have gratitude for what we do have now.

Soo, don't let it/him? pull you down. Just remember that we only have 40 years left to live. And man, my 40 years went by so fast!!! So think how do you want to spend the last 40 years of your life. I know how difficult it is, but remember you have your children, Hanki, Kiwi and Vanilla. :) Just spend your positive energy in things that matter to you. It/he is not more powerful than you, don't let it take over your thoughts.

Yes, many ppl get divorced but it sounds like she went through trauma. Idk her story but when ppl experience abuse for an extended time, whether physical or mental, it imprints on them even after it's passed. I hope anyone whos had relationship abuse heals so they can feel safe in the next 😢❤❤

Life is never meant to be perfect… if you keep seeking better times, happier times, somewhere in the future, you’ll lose all the present time you actually have. I see you are either living in the past or living in the future which is not living at all. Be mindfully present, be consciously aware and grateful for what’s in front of you because falling into this depressive state routinely will only take away and blind you from what you currently have. And before you know it, your girls will be gone for college, or sickness happens in the family, or another tragedy, etc etc. and life will continue to never be perfect. So I hope you can read this and look up and smile more and be more consciously aware of your current present life and enjoy every moment of it because before you know it, you’ll lose it

I know is not easy… but we need to be strong for the ppl that always be there for us… Im desperate also… when my mom n sister betrayale at me… after what im done for them… i keep thinking there imposible any true love anymore, i feel Like i just cant take it anymore… im depresed for maybe 4-5 years n then now i realise what have im done … i should focus on my own family that always stay by my side for all this time( aka husband n my kids) N then now i just think i dont wan to waste 1 of my tears anymore that make. 미국이라서 채식 종류도 많을 거라 제가 추천하긴 좀 조심스러운데요. 전 청국장을 추천드려요. 요즘은 저염도 많고요. 야채를 이것저것 삶고, 코코넛 밀크에 넣어 끓이고, 불 끄고, 청국장을 넣으면 냄새도 않나요. 그리고 음식마다, 참깨를 많이 뿌려 드시는 걸 추천드려요..(견과류보다 좋은거 같아요)

Wow. That looks like a wild coffee house and I have been passing by it and not noticing. Actually, it appears to be relatively new as Google Street View had it as an attorneys office. Our kind of place as my wife and I are vegan, or trying to be. There is a Farmers Market in Rockaway off Rt. 46 next door to the Rockaway lanes just outside of Denville that you may wish to visit as they have great prices on fruits & produce....

Yes their are single because men are not like us they will love you and take care of you but if it comes overwhelming to them they’ll start look elsewhere for happiness. I wasn’t blaming her. I got depressed postpartum but I got help and didn’t show that to my family. Because believe when your family members see you cry all the time and complain that you’re depressed they’ll get tired and sick of you.
