This is interesting but the external debt is still 35B dollars, and while Ruto is not a great guy... There are not many options that any successor will have apart from taxation or default. What is the solution to the bad debt?

Actually. Kenya owes only 1.3 trillion out of 14.7 trillion shillings. We can challenge that by law....bcs the constitution says that. We can only borrow project development. So out of 14.7 debt our budget is 13.4, hence 1.3, is our debt. So all that money doesn't show in the books hence we can just say sorry we don't owe nothing beyond 1.3.trillion shillings
