This video is very good on the right side i can do front and back without problems but on the left i feel abit scared to injure my neck. With this video i can re-learn the back roll on the left 🤙🥋🤝🇯🇵⛩️🤸

I'm a new beginner in aikido. Your clip is very clear! Thank you so much. But BACK ROLL is not used much in practice, isn't it? I watched many your practiced clips, and in all of them you used "Ushiro Yoko Ukemi, Backward Side Roll" not the "back roll". I guess that's for simple and safe (avoid contacting the head to the floor?) Should we use "Backward Side Roll" to replace "back roll" in all cases?
