I saw this video and for a moment I was laughing. Luckily I spoke to her an hr before viewing this video. Thank you for making me laugh in this stressful time. The thrust in the MMA class and the thrust in the karate class reminded me of my sparring partner 50 yrs ago; he was an Isshyun-ryu black belt. He was trying to explain to me the Kutsu or Katsu- but what the heck do I know, I was in International Tae Kwon Do Federation.
