That's a pretty damn cheerful song for such morbid title. For those who don't know, Kodokushi means lonely death, i.e a phenomenon where someone dying alone and undiscovered for a long time. That could means that person are struck by illness but have no one to took care of them or when someone is too depressed or too old to even move until they starving and then they become too weak to even move before they succumb themselves to death.
