I hope he realizes he’s one of the good guys who’s still very much here. I swear I think Freddie Mercury, when he died, gifted little 8 year old Mika with a lot of the talent he had to spare. 💛❤️

idk why this comment, after listening to this song, made me tear up a little
@3ScotsInk4 жыл бұрын
@@fi0rellam After I left that comment I was watching Queen "Somebody To Love" live in Montreal 1981 and noticed that Freddie had a small (birthmark?) on the left side of his neck, as does Mika which you can clearly see here. I mean... what are the odds? If you've not seen/heard "Last Party" by Mika check it out. It's a tribute to those lost to AIDS in the 80's/90's, specifically Freddie Mercury.

I'm so glad you brought up my hero, my love, my everything: Freddie Mercury! I only "discovered" Queen about 10 yrs ago when Freddie, literally, changed my life. And now seeing Mika in some of these videos makes me cry for Freddie, who had to live in secrecy, for the most part. He did have girlfriends, so he really was bisexual, but even so, to have to hide a part of you like him, makes me so sad for him. But I'm so happy to have rediscovered Mika. He is such an incredible talent. And I'm thrilled that he is so brave, out there, and happy about it.
@FreddieGodofRock3 жыл бұрын
@@fi0rellam Me too.....for all the people in the shadows who don't have a platform, and courage, like Mika does. Also, I weep for Freddie Mercury who, in those days, was so misunderstood and ridiculed. Such enormous talent & genius, Freddie and Mika.
