If it's any consolation to Mika, when the series was over against Tampa I stood up from my couch and clapped for the New York Rangers. We were so proud of them. There have been times where I was so mad after losses. I felt nothing but gratitude after that series

Mika Zibanejad, like many, I was sorry to see you leave Ottawa, we all knew your would be a great player but was also glad to have a chance to see your skills and play develop further else where. Ottawa fans appreciate the players who brought great hockey to the city. Those who spent time as a Sen and created exciting hockey will always be appreciated. I think most Canadians understand, players have to look out for their future because of the ever present possibility of a game ending injury. Hockey is the beautiful warriors game.😊😊
