Thanks Mika! This video started saving me from the hell of the failure. Long story short, I'm an immigrant to Australia (that means I'm not a native speaker) and career changer (not having a CS background) and was laid off from my first engineering job 3 months ago during my probation. It was tough, since I hadn't had any change to get in touch back from my application. And then I came across this video, and reworte my resume & cover letter. And finally, it brought me an opportunity to take a coding task! It was a sort of welcome rain in a drought. Even though it was just very light drizzle, I'm so happy!
