I think Kolek has a future but I wont get overhyped on him playing. Thibs will not give him major minutes unless he picks up his D to be atleast avg. Its only preseason. Knowing Thibs and developing rookie talent its a several year process. Unless he turns into Brunson overnight dont expect big minutes for Kolek right away.

You heard what tolek said? He said “ in practice he’ve been turning it over a lil bit and the actual games he haven’t.” And that’s because them Knicks got good defense . I hope this kid reaches his ceiling. Because him , duece, Payton, shamet and Mitchell Robinson or that’s other guy from Raptors that’s game in the OG deal. That would be a great line n to give the bench a break. They might have the best bench in the league right now no cap. Wen Mitchell come back
