Watching the Marbles with like, 5000 points saved up just get destroyed is kind of heartbreaking. I wanted those marbles with the high numbers to be used for an awesome ending! We still got an awesome ending, but I kind of wish there was more weapon variety...

What about adding a defensive measure, once a shield has been depleted past a certain point or percentage, it triggers a “Nuke” that eliminates all marbles that arrive at the opponents core for the next 15 seconds, but it has a 3 minute cooldown. Idk something. And yea, I know his duel videos average a little over 10 minutes. But I would freaking love to see one that lasted for like an hour or so.

One thing I noticed is that, after the expansion, sometimes marbles that were supposed to be released would get stuffed in their compartment and hit the Destroy field from below. Other than that, this is really great.

8:11 I like how blue shields come just in time, then later he shoots a bunch of rockets. Then, the 1408 repair chad comes to make sure they're safe. On the other side, Red has a ridiculous amount of shields, plus is just spamming rockets while all this happens.

sugestions for the next: Defensive: Deflective (send back projectiles thrown, does not work with saws), Mines (destroy the projectiles), The barrier would limit to half of the screen. Ofensive: Explosive (its value defines the explosion radius), Fragment (when it hits an area, it shoots smaller projectiles back that come back to hit more areas, their number defines how many smaller projectiles it will turn), Drill (Does not lose hp when hitting defenses), Laser (fires a laser in a straight line). Specials (All are temporary, the number defines the time): Shotgun (Increases the number of cannons to 3), Bounce (projectiles start bouncing on the screen if they don't hit the target), Speed (projectiles move faster)

New video, cool. Has destruction as part of the mechanics and watch many high value attacks get annihilated by the clone or destroy options. Really didn't care for that mechanic. And death right as a ton of them manage to be on the way finally was just salt in the wound.

I feel like a "divide by 2" or "divide by 10" option would have been better in the cloning section. That way even if a 2k hits the "bad" option, you still have a 1k (or a 200 if it's ÷10) instead of nothing. If you round up to the nearest integer, the 1s will stay 1s and nothing will ever go to 0 or be left as decimals.

Still a great race of all! I like the idea of selection, and the sunflower structure of the core. Still, there are things I want to suggest here. The shield should be tossed with a random strength, so that the shields won't look bad when they overlap. The selection chambers' background should be a bit transparent to see what happened behind them. The core can have more layers than the initial state, in order to make the game more interesting. Anyway, this is a good battle. I still like it 👍. (will you make a QnA in the future?)

This was impressive! The numbers had the potential to get REALLY wild, but with only one layer of defense by default, the cores seemed a bit vulnerable. My suggestions for the next Core Destruction done in the format used here would be to either add a default shield layer, making it take more hits to clear a segment the closer you get to the cores, or making it a multi-core format.

Love your videos, MIKAN! Been watching for a while, but rarely comment. Just had some thoughts on the new mechanics: - A "divide by 2" (or ÷10) option would have been nice. At least then a 22k would only drop to an 11k (or 2.2k) instead of nothing. Granted, this is a smaller sink, but I think that could be compensated for somehow. - The "cloning" mechanic was pretty overpowered in my option. Having a single 1k hit all 4 clones means (2^4)k or 16k effective will reach the cannon, making even a 1k marble a potential death-sentence. Maybe a less swing-y mechanism would be nice here. Of course this is only my individual impression! Still really enjoyed the video (and blue won, so ofc it's great), but it feels a little "cheated" since read had that 22k ball floating around for a while...

Those familiar with my preferences (not sure who you stalkers are, but stop watching my house please.) will find my anguish to be a spoiler. NO!!!!! WE WERE SO CLOSE!!! Several multi-thousand-strong Red marbles deleted themselves when they could've won this for us. And at the end, those seven 1.3k saws just dropping into the void was almost as heartbreaking. And for the first half of the video, I thought this was just gonna be a normal MIKAN video. Then they blew my mind with the second layer. x2, +10, x4, +20, and a _x8_ on the Challenge side, with _four_ clone/destroy coinflips on the Release side? That's a make-or-break kind of situation and it utterly broke Red while making Blue. Whew!

I know it's "Random" and "An even fight", but if that's the case, then so was the roll of the Chance Cube in The Phantom Menace. I'm very much inclined to believe that the game is rigged, given how unbalanced the results tend to be.
