Seeing a mexican/mexican themed store is so interesting. You should visit it again sometime so we can see what’s in there. I wonder if they would have any of the traditional clothes like some of my family wears. Like the Huipíl dresses maybe. They are very pretty loose embroidered dresses. Usually all white with colorful embroidery but sometimes they come in blues or reds or other bright colors

Impulse shopping is a perennial danger when you have a free day and find yourself at your favourite venues. Funnily enough I went to an art gallery in Nottingham today and they had discounts on some old exhibition catalogues. "I'll just pick a few up!" I said to myself, "You've been eyeing them up for a few months now, just have a gander at what else they're selling here, how much can they possibly have?". Now there's eleven books piled next to me on my computer desk. Three of them were those marginally discounted catalogues I mentioned, the others _absolutely_ weren't in the sale. *EDIT:* I might have financial regrets for buying too many books (my bibliomania is terminal) but at least I can sleep soundly I'm not the proud owner of a Pepe backpack. Purchasing that item would be an act of unutterable evil... xD

The DARE shirt was explained pretty accurately. It wasnt that helpful. It was just a day or half day where u didn’t have classes and you just sit in the gymnasium or you were taken to the local community center to be shown fake horrible accidents caused by driving not sober n stuff. It was actually triggering for some students who have experienced horrible accidents as well so they’d opt out of those events. Dont wanna hahe to relive the trauma. And there would be stories from officers and ppl who survived drug abuse n stuff and sometimes it was just like. Eh just sit and pretend to pay attention and wait till the event was over n then go home/back to school
