I watched these animations and its program, Ugougo Ruga, before leaving my house to go to my elementary school in the morning of early 90's. What a nice morning show, isn't it???

It's from a TV show that was aired in the early 90's in Japan. It was suppose to be for kids, but I'm sure kids of all ages watched it as well. The show was called "Ugo ugo Luga"

these "Mikan-seijin hour (mandarinian hour)" and "Aniki(brother)" are part of "UGO UGO RUGA(ウゴウゴルーガ)". this TV program is aired in Japan from 1992-1994. surprising is that this program is made and aired for little children every morning and many young pupils went to school after watching this program.
