Yeah, but remember what Pepsi ads were in the late 90s and early 2000s... Most of them were Britney Spears hawking Pepsi. Or that one commercial they got sued over where they made a joke that you could get a Harrier Jet if you got an astronomical amount of Pepsi Points and some guy actually did. But generally, most 90s American commercials were all about being edgy and "Extreme"... These aren't that.

Imagine living in a world where, if you're looking for Pepsi, an indestructible colossus made of something vaguely similar to aluminum will rush up at breakneck speeds, hiss at you or something, and cause a can of Pepsi to appear in your hands. Both convenient and terrifying.

I just got why the "anyways" neon sign is above the pepsi can in that "Coke" Truck commercial, and can't believe I didn't catch it earlier. The commercial was obviously implying a Coke worker was chasing down Pepsiman. Coke's slogan throughout the 90's was "Always Coca-Cola". Hence the parody slogan "Anyways Pepsi".

Well, they can't exactly actually use a Coke truck. Coke would sue the fuck out of them. But... If you get a big red truck and use the Coke font, as long as you start the phrase with a "C" and don't hold it in frame for long, most people won't catch it. Especially an audience that doesn't speak English.
