I never understand why the writers put in that Harvey tell Mike about the not guilty verdict, at that late stage. He should have kept it hidden. He could have kept it to himself. This scene had everything, Harvey trying to get Mike to fight, saying, Louis litt got you in a headlock, Tess's husband kicked your axx, Logan sandars going to hook up with Rachel the second you go away. He knew what buttons to press. I love the face Gabriel pulls when he say Tess's husband kicked your axx bit. This scene had everything, Mike says is this what you want, I hate you, that you made me do this. It says everything. Although it's Mike's fault for carrying out the crime, it was Harvey who made the decision to hire him, knowing it was wrong. That scene he enters the backroom of the church, first thing he says to Rachel, is Rachel we can't do this, he doesn't even tell her how beautiful she looks. He probably does it with his eyes. Patrick is a great actor. He does alot of acting with his eyes.

After observing how Mike could commit legal text and arguments to memory and his understanding of the law, Harvey could have hired him to be his intern or something and later pay for him to go to a top law school that's not Harvard (owing that to what he did with the LSATs) and become a lawyer to work at Pearson-whatever. That would have saved all of them the embarrassment the case brought them and Mike wouldn't have gone to prison for Harvey. Harvey was selfish.

Then during the fitness test for his interview when he was getting into the bar she questioned both the competence of the prison psychiatrist who helped Mike change and gave him support when she publicly questioned his character, she also tried to use his status as a convicted felon when there was precedent for a murderer who was allowed to enter the bar, something Mike remarks on her thinking is better than what Mike did. She may be just shy of obsession and winning by any means necessary like Malik but she proved herself to be a pitbull who didn't care whether or not someone improved themselves as she is the sole arbitrator of who gets to become a lawyer.

If you think about it, turning himself in was the best decision Mile ever took. Not only did it protect Harvey and the firm but it also meant that once he was out he could start afresh. Had the court ruled not-guilty, he would have walked away but that meant that he was again going back to living a lie and would never have found mental peace. Moreover, there would have been no guarantee that he wouldn't need to fight charges of fraud again.
