I Google the places that are on this show and more than half are not around anymore. I guess that is the nature of the beast. Kinda sucks because I’ll never get to eat at all of these awesome places.

The one downside to seeing these episodes on KZbin is that they're extremely outdated. Both of these restaurants, Rebelle and Cherche Midi, closed long before the COVID-19 pandemic hit.

Yeah gentrification kinda stopped in the bowery these last few years, great to reminisce on these establishments.

Cherche Midi went out of business in 2018. The food was outdated even then.
