Do you clean the engine out with nitro or a cleaning product to remove any dust or metal parts from the milling process on new engines? 🇨🇦

I'm kind of confused you put Loctite on the crankshaft closest to where the engine gets the hottest but then when you put the last screw you said no Loctite because the engine gets too hot and it will melt??

Fairly new to nitro, noticed you mentioned in this video to pull on the crank so their is no back lash on the back plate, I just purchased a used engine by RC Concepts with DLC coated crank and B plate, was supposedly broke in EBIS by Drake. I noticed when I pulled this engine apart I noticed the back plate looked like it rubbed, scratched a good bit of the plating off of back plate. But the rest of the engine looks great, great pinch, new ceramic bearings. Will this affect anything ? Seems to me who ever set the clutch up didn’t pull the crank tight at first. He also gave me a AMR back plate (5) for PICCO based engines. The engine is a RC Concepts MC3X .21 with 2133 pipe by PICCO. But I am a big fan of the REDS engines as I own the R5R 4.0 and the 721 Scuderia. REDS bearing tool etc. Thanks for any info
