The recidivism rate in this country is over 90%. Based on that fact alone, 90% of criminals should not get any form of early release, and killers and the worst should never be let out.

That QC was too invested in defending a killer. And he was getting very defensive and angry when questioned. How unprofessional and amateurish. If he's an example of the courts of this country then no wonder so many criminals walk free.

It wasn't divulged why he was recalled so what Mike Graham said about why he was recalled he couldn't have known about. Daw was right to pick him up on this. You can be recalled for being late for appointments with Probation. Daw was right on this too.
