Landau is more like 85-90% of Shawn Lane. And that is a far greater compliment than comparisons to Hendrix.

Not only reborn, but made disciplined, learning his craft instead of doing drugs and complaining. Very far ahead of Hendrix, this guy is.
@moivinpippick48825 жыл бұрын
@@u.v.s.5583 Of course he is very far ahead of Hendrix, he's 60 has been in the studio trenches for years killing it and Hendrix died 48 years ago. Michael stands on his musical shoulders like most guitarists of the 70s. I can say with 100% certainty, a couple of generations of rock musicians stand on the shoulders of Jimi. No disrespect to Mike (and that wicked ass tone) but Jimi was a musical innovator and was a legend when Mike was just a kid.
@u.v.s.55835 жыл бұрын
@@moivinpippick4882 Nope. Little Wing certainly would not exist without Jimi Hendrix. Yngwie Malmsteen probably would have picked up another instrument if not for TV shows with Jimi... But rock music and fusion music would exist with or without Jimi the Junkie.
