I'm glad Mike helped you back from the Darkside. This is one of my favourite sets/musicians/band to share with people of all backgrounds and languages. Mike's one of few musicians I rarely need a break from. In my opinion, it's perfect as background chill music, car rides, for dancing to and doing inner work on psychedelics. My kids, father and countless friends who hear me play this healing music can't get enough. It's such a blessing to have such a humble, grounded and spiritually mature musician channeling such incredible musical art to us all. Words from any language fail to do this masterpiece justice. I don't speak Tamashek, but Tinariwen, an African Tuareg band blew my mind at WOMAD, Adelaide, Australia in 2003 with their powerful live performance in full native tongue and I highly recommend them (especially that set on KZbin). Mike has blown me away for years from recordings to live shows and I know countless people he's helped through good and bad times. I was blessed to see and meet him at a gig in Brisbane Australia in 2018 where he was losing his voice, but still wouldn't cancel the show. He even met everyone afterwards, even though he couldn't speak. A true warrior and legendary inspiration. This set will go down in history as one of the greatest from the 2010s. I am so grateful that there is so much music to discover ....and all the mainstream music mostly is fear based, jealosy, seperation and just not good for your soul.

I saw Seal on Monday the 15th of May 2023. I'm 47 years old. When I was 21. I used to play his album Crazy. On cassette tape in my little car. Crazy and Bring it on were my favorite songs. So.. hearing Crazy as his opening song was incredible. And he performed Bring It on! Seeing him live was a dream come true. I waited 26 years. As a young man. Seal's music helped me alot. His words.
