@@brettrobertson2538 not even close...you gotta give that award to the GM who was fired on the other coast...Was the GM that was behind the 0 win Lions team before their coach was hired and fixed $h!t and after that masterclass of screwups got hired to be washingtons GM....Martin Mayhew. After what 4 years of drafting players Adam peters got rid of every pick but what 3? Peters signed 31 new players in his first season and acquired a couple more mid season... Washington would have loved Mayock over Mayhew....

I like Mayock, might not be a great GM, but that also wasn’t a great situation for him either from an organizational perspective. He did have a lot of picks, but he didn’t have the experience to run an organization, just experience at analyzing draft talent. A GM does much more than that. Particularly under Gruden, he didn’t have the full range of decision making either within his role. Him and DJ were a great combo, especially with Steve Smith.
