I'm not worried about the coaching staff because we were never going to win anything this season. Mike McCarthy's contract runs out at the end of the season and I expect there will be a few of our coaches looking for a new job as well.

There is another 19 scouts to go with Will McClay. They should all be held accountable for the drafting of this team as they are advising Jerry! The same goes with the other staff that is advising Jerry on players contracts and the salary cap!

Mike McCarthy is a horrible coach , he don't know how to manage a game he pass when he should run , never throw the challenge flags , he runs on the first 2 downs every single time then want Dak to bail the offense out on 3rd and long constantly ! No discipline since Mike was hired Dallas lead the league in penalties , fire him and Jerry need to fire him and his son as well , u can be the owner of the team without ya hands in the football aspect of it , stick to the business part like Jimmy johnson said during a interview In front of Jerry Jones on camera when he was coaching the cowboys
