As for Dale Wilson, he didn’t voice Cell or Enma until the AB Groupe contracted Ocean Studios for that alternate Canadian dub of the Cell and Buu arcs. Hell, he was recast as Kami-sama initially, and only returned in that subsequent dub because his recast in the previous one by FUNimation did not.
