👨 About Me
Hi my name is JT & this is my story
I remember going to the gym 5 days & sometimes even every day / 7 days a week for 2-3 hours & even though I achieve a physique better than 80% of gym goers I was not satisfy with it because the amount of effort I was putting in & out the gym.
I was tired of that bullshit so I started to listen to Mike Mentzer & Dorian Yates, implemented what they preach ( workout less, train to failure, eat a well balanced diet & rest to let the growth process happens ) now I’m stronger & bigger than ever working out 3-4 x a week for 45min - 1hr max = 4 hours a week, now I got time for my family, for myself, to growth my business & enjoy life while still looking & feeling amazing & that’s what I want to share with you 🚀

I didn't do BB curls for years because of wrist and shoulder discomfort. Then I started following Mike's teaching and quit worrying about how much weight I had on the bar. I slowed down my reps and controlled the weight and no more pain. I do 1 set after a set of negative-only chin-ups and biceps have never been thicker.

Yea... I think most people who complain about wrist or shoulder pain are just simply using too much weight.

I always preferred dumbells and stayed away from barbell. Now I'm trying to do barbell curls and feel much weaker at it. Grip width keeps bothering me.
