I get what he said about he rather land switch coming off stairs. I'd rather jump into a switch front crook on a ledge than a regular front crook because for some reason I never shoot out on switch front crooks like literally has never happened. I just happen to naturally lean correctly on switch front crooks and switch nose grinds but shoot out often on reg ones lol

exact same here. it's probably because of the way both your head & shoulders are facing it and how you look at the ledge which makes the difference as to how you lean on it.

So I thought it looked weird to me too, I’m pretty good at detecting CGI. I went and slowed down the behind the scenes footage even further and it’s completely real. The fireball, the wooden stairs blowing up, all of it. Some camera stuff may have been done in editing but the stunt is for sure real
