I wonder why the title isn't Seeb Remix. The person behind the song's popularity should be clearly identified. All sounds and melodies other than the main melody of the lyrics were created by Seeb. As for the drop, Seeb created it from scratch. Naturally, the same goes for the melody played by the saxophone. Honestly, if it wasn't for Seeb Remix, it probably wouldn't have become popular.

I’m from Michigan and to be able to say we get artists like him from our state is amazing... him taking his own personal experiences and putting them into songs that a lot of people can relate to helps a lot for people to know they aren’t alone with what they been through. He was very close to Avicii and most people know that, and with him passing away, it hurt him, a lot and with other several life changing events happening in his life as well, he has a hard time with everything, so he needs to put it into music. Just being able to wrap your head around that is hard, but I have gone through a lot of life changing events in my childhood, so I can understand why he makes music like this now. So I will conclude this with, don’t give up with anything and everything you do, don’t do half of it and quit, no matter who or what gets in your way, life is short and no matter what, you will go through things that will hurt you, physically and mentally, and you will always have to be strong, like how Mike has these past couple years, but he was strong because he didn’t let anything stop him from moving forward in life, he moved on, he didn’t give up.

After learning about his background and how he had gone years with pretty much no hit song, after writing "Cooler Than Me", being famous and then basically fizzling out and not having fame again for years until he wrote this song, it really gives such an eye opening context to the meaning of these lyrics.
