I'm with you 1000%. It takes SUCH courage to open up like that and let your raw emotions flow, esp for a man, and esp in such a public way. I thought it was so interesting how there seemed to be a moment where he was "fighting" it, like maybe his body/instincts wanted to run from the pain. I was not expecting to see him overcome that and let go, it was genuinely moving ❤ So proud of Ryan and glad that he had this experience!

I think Ryan needed this. The pain of loss is incredible tragic. Living life without them there, supporting you, supporting them but it’s the memories of them is what keeps them alive. Be happy they were there and appreciate them of being there for you when you didn’t/did need them.

Man I definitely cried when I heard Ryan cried. Soon I will experience what he went through. My dad is 85 and I have nothing to show when he moves on. My life sucks, sometimes I lock myself in my room feeling defeated and just cry. I will use this breathing exercise more often, hopefully it will get me through life.
